What areas do you serve?

We're based in South Lake Tahoe and cover the surrounding communities including Meyers, Stateline, Zephyr Cove, Kingsbury, Glenbrook, and Tahoma — essentially half the lake. Depending on the scope of the job, we also take on projects in Carson City and Reno. Not sure if you're in our range? Just ask.

Do you work with vacation rental owners?

Yes — we work with homeowners, vacation rental owners, property managers, and local contracts. We can handle routine check-ups, between-guest maintenance, defensible space, hauling, and one-off repairs to keep every property in great shape.

Do you offer one-time jobs or only ongoing maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Both. We're happy to take on a single project — a dump run, brush clearing, a punch list of repairs — or to be your trusted ongoing maintenance partner with a regular schedule.

How does pricing work?

We give clear, upfront estimates before starting any job. Pricing depends on scope, time, and disposal fees where applicable. No surprises and no upsells.

What is defensible space and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Defensible space is the area around your home cleared of flammable vegetation and debris to slow the spread of wildfire and give firefighters room to work. In the Tahoe Basin it's required and we can help you meet the guidelines.

Can you haul away just about anything?

Accepted Answer

We can haul most household items, yard waste, construction debris, old furniture, and general junk. There are a few items we can't take (hazardous materials, certain chemicals, etc.) — ask and we'll let you know.

Do you provide photo reports after visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For check-ups, inspections, and most service visits we send photos and notes so you know exactly what was done and how the property looks.
